2022 Feng Shui by house directions - Flying Star Feng Shui

There is one method of checking your house's Feng Shui with the Flying Star house charts. These house charts are based on the 8-house sitting and facing directions. We can combine the house charts with the 2022 yearly Flying Star chart to find out the auspicious and inauspicious areas this year. Then set up your Feng Shui accordingly.

In a basic sense, the front entrance of the building is usually called the “front-facing direction”, and the opposite to that is the “sitting” direction of the house. These 8 house types are named after the house “sitting” directions and match the Eight Trigrams or Ba Gua direction names. For example, a “Kan” house is a house sitting in the North and facing the South. So, if there is a simple house with a front entrance in the South, this is the “Kan” house. All the facing and sitting directions are listed below in each chart.

1. Kan house - Sitting: North, Facing: South

The problem area for Kan house is the West, and the lucky areas are North and Southeast in 2022.

2. Gen house - Sitting: Northeast, Facing: Southwest

The problem area is the Southwest, and the lucky areas are North and Northwest in 2022.

3. Zhen house - Sitting: East. Facing: West

The problem area is in the South, and the lucky areas are the North and Northeast in 2022.

4. Xun house - Sitting: Southeast, Facing: Northwest

The problem areas for the Xun house include the West and the East. The auspicious areas include the North and the South in the 2022 year of the Tiger.

5. Li house - Sitting: South, Facing: North

The problem area for the Li house is the East, and the lucky areas include South and the Northwest in 2022.

6. Kun House - Sitting: Southwest, Facing: Northeast

The problem area for the Kun house is the center, and the auspicious areas include the Southeast and the East in 2022.

7. Dui house - Sitting: West, Facing: East

The problem area for the Dui house in 2022 is the West, and the lucky areas are Northeast and Northwest.
