Chinese herbal tonic compared to the traditional herbal formula cooking method

Herbal tonic is a little different from the traditional ways of preparing and cooking herbs on a stove top. Because a tonic is herbs combining some types of alcohol. It works better for certain conditions and should be careful if you cannot tolerate too much alcohol or drink too often.
