I would focus on the 9 sectors of Flying Star chart first, unless there is a special direction such as Tai Sui. The 24 mountain facing direction and construction year is good for finding your specific house chart. Different Feng Shui schools have different charts and focus. It can get too complicated or confusing. Don’t worry about that for now.
